(Per Candle)
1. Bend the end of the chenille stem into a tiny circle. Place a drop of bond cement on the knot. Slide the filigree circle onto the chenille stem all the way to the knot. Place a drop of cement on the chenille stem and filigree circle and let dry.
2. Slide 10mm cartwheel beads onto stem, one at a time, adding a drip of cement to the center of each bead. The cement will hold the beads tight. Note: Be sure to hold the stem straight when sliding on the glued beads. Let cement dry.
3. Trim the stem close to the top bead. Apply a drop of cement to the top bead and place the teardrop (large end down) on the top cartwheel bead, see Fig D. Let cement dry. Trim stem from bottom.
The candle may stand with the filligree ornament as it's base. To use as a hanging ornament, attach an ornament hook or gold thread through the teardrop hole.
